Here are some options for silk pillowcases not made in China.

It's not easy. Top brands like Brooklinen, Lily Silk, Slip Silk, Blissy are all made in China. This case is a little different than others; in other cases, American, European and Japanese companies allowed China to take over industries that were naturally theirs. In this case, China has been the world leader in silk for over 5,000 years. 70-90% of raw mulberry silk comes from China, and of course the CCP is unparalleled in exploiting workers to continue their dominance.

Still, it's one of those categories where if you look hard enough you'll find non-China options.

Moonchild Sleep Silk Pillowcases - They source from Mulberry plantations in India with an ethical approach, and raw silk is processed in fabric mills in Italy. This is as "Not Made in China" as silk comes.

Silked Pillow Sleeves - A "pillow sleeve" is much more versatile than a "pillowcase" because it'll just slip over any size pillow, with an anti-slip back so the sleeve doesn't slip. It's a handy thing to take when traveling to avoid having to sleep on pillowcases that have been drowned in bleach and has been slept on by millions. Again, the sourcing of the raw silk is suspect, but they're definitely made in the USA.

Roseward Silk Pullowcases - Take this one with a little grain of salt. While they say they're made in the USA, neither their Amazon page or Web site are transparent about their supply chain. Still, the FTC would be all over them if they said "made in the USA" everywhere and their product wasn't substantially made here (in this case, Virginia). I'm going t0 guess that they source their silk from China and sew it here to be able to make their claims. Not ideal, but better than nothing.
