For those who grew up in the USA around 1986, you'll remember the constant infomercials about BluBlockers. I remember the first time I ever tried them on being blown away at how green the greens looked.
I'd just assumed that these were always made in China, but as I look through them they're all made in Taiwan. In many ways, they established a blueprint (no pun intended) that I wish other entrepreneurs would follow. Establish your brand name and your quality early on so that when Chinese manufacturers steal and copy your design and mass produce it for pennies on the dollar, they can't match your level of quality and service.
I've tried BluBlockers and I've tried China ripoffs. There's no comparison. Let's hope these stay made in Taiwan for a long time.
