can’t find anyone not made in china…hoover, dyson, even oreck. can someone help?

For vacuum cleaners, the only company I found that has not completely sold out to China is Miele

A handful of entry level units are made in China, the rest are made in Germany.

Here in Europe, there are still some brands that produce (some) models in Europe.
Miele, as you mentioned produces most models in Europe.
Bosch, Siemens, Thomas and Vorwerk offer several made in Germany models.
Philips offers some made in Europe models.
Rowenta offers some made in France models.
