Cutting boards not made in China

Epicurean cutting boards are a great option for a NMIN cutting board. They're made in the USA of a composite material, won't ruin your knives like metal, and isn't super expensive like wood.
It can be used on both sides, and comes with a built-in thumb hole for easy storing. It's also dishwasher safe.
I've used a bunch of cutting boards from China that end up leaving shards of plastic in my food. You won't have that problem here.
