I researched the best Fitbit for the past few days because I want to start tracking my health more seriously. I read reviews on the New York Times, Consumer Reports, and Popular Mechanics, and they consistently recommend these two models:
Fitbit Charge 6

Fitbit Versa 4

However i m having trouble deciding which one would best suit my needs and could really use your input.
I love your advice before I decide.

Re: best fitbit in 2025 ,How to select the right
Thanks for your question. In researching the answer, I was pleasantly surprised to find that both models you mentioned are made in Vietnam.
Here's some info that might help you choose:
Fitbit Charge 6 – Best if you want a fitness tracker
- Its form factor is slim and lightweight—great if you prefer a band-style tracker over a watch.
- It uses the same heart rate tech as the Pixel Watch; excellent for workouts.
- It has a physical button, which is easier to use during workouts
- Its battery life lasts up to 7 days depending on use (much more than the 7 hours my Apple Watch seems to last)
- It's more affordable that the Versa 4.
Fitbit Versa 4 – Best if you want a smartwatch feel
- It has a bigger screen which makes it easier to read notifications and stats.
- It's more app-friendly, and works better for on-wrist calls, Google Wallet, and notifications.
- It has similar fitness tracking that includes all the major health metrics, though it may feel bulkier if you’re used to a slimmer band.
- It also lasts 6+ days
Both are great choices, and neither is made in China. Good luck!
