Trade Agreements Act

Trade Agreements Act & GSA
GSA Schedule Contracts are subject to the Trade Agreements Act (TAA), meaning all products listed on the GSA Schedule Contract must be manufactured or “substantially transformed” in the United States or a TAA “designated country”. China is not on this list. See this link for more info: https://gsa.federalschedules.com/resour ... countries/

Working as a contractor for the US govt, we always had to research and purchase products that met TAA requirements. I look for TAA noted items when trying to purchase for my own needs.
