I did hours and hours of research on this.
The best brand I could find are Replogle Globes. They've been making gloves since 1930, and from what I can tell they've steered clear of obvious China Communist Party propaganda. They make globe for National Geographic, for whatever that's worth anymore.

They have "outlines" for countries and the color of the outline for Taiwan happens to be the same as the outline for China, but then again many other countries on the globe have yellow outlines as well. This seems to be the way they got around the controversy. The name TAIWAN is written in all caps like other countries, unlike other gloves that write it in lowercase or use nonsense words like "Taiwan Tao". That was good enough for me.
But I agree that it's frightening that the vast, vast majority of globes in households, classrooms, and libraries all have China propaganda on them, and while the CCP is checking every single globe that leaves it borders, Americans are completely oblivious. I'll wager that 90% of them don't know what the difference is between "ROC" and "PRC" or even "Taiwan" and "China", and that ignorance plays into the hands of the Chinese Communist Party. Spread the word.
