Grout pens are essentially "white out" for your shower tiles. The concept behind them is that you clear mold, mildew, and dirt as best as you can, and then once it dries you "paint" the tile grout so it's nice and white again.
The best ones are made outside of China, but of course China manufacturers and American sell-outs have started to bulk manufacture them and undercut the originals on price; never mind that the China ones are just paint, while the non-China ones look better and actually provide some sealing. Most American consumers are duped. Don't be one of them.
