Amazon search results are still dominated by China brands and China manufacturers, but you're generally safe if you stick with these brands (but as Paul says, be careful as manufacturers routinely go back to China).

Makita tools are sometimes made in Romania. But look out as most of their tools are made in China.
Bosch green is mostly made in Romania.
Bosch blue is mostly made in Malaysia.
Festo is made in Germany.
Metabo makes some of it's tools in Germany, but look at here as well, many of the cheaper tools are made in China nowadays.
Fein Tools is mostly made in Germany (not all tools).

You best buy second hand quality tools made in Europe or the USA instead of new Chinese tools.

Anyone have any leads on a good circular saw or cordless drill not made in China?

Getting sick of seeing a made in China sticker on every product I see. Some of the prices are tempting, but I learned the hard way that anything that goes through China breaks within 2 years.
